Points and membership rules, frequently asked questions

Points and prices

A full match analysis costs 20 points, an article 10 and a video 15; unlocked content stays visible forever.

Purchased points last as long as the package you bought states; the 20 sign-up bonus points last 90 days, and any other granted points carry the validity shown when they land. The earliest-expiring points are spent first.

What an unlock covers

An analysis unlocks per match: every version already published and every later one, the post-match review and the advanced data panel.

An article unlocks per language group, so the Chinese and English versions of the same piece are charged once. A video unlocks on its own, with both orientations and the subtitles.

Unlocking a match analysis does not include that match’s article or video — the three are charged separately.

Membership

While your membership is active you can read every analysis, article and video, the advanced data panel included, without spending points.

3 early analyses a day for matches more than 24 hours away that have no report yet; the quota resets at midnight site time.

Membership does not auto-renew by default; renewing while active extends the remaining time.

Free matches

One free full analysis per sport per day, picked from that day’s lean or strong calls by competition priority and kick-off time; on a day with no such match there is none. Every other match shows a preview: the match header, each market’s tier and confidence, the analyst summaries, the consensus counts and the base data panel.

Refunds

Refunding a membership order ends the membership immediately; points orders refund only the unspent part pro rata; unlocked content is never revoked.

Refunds are processed by our team in the back office for now; there is no self-service request in the site yet.

Notifications and reminders

In-app: order status, refund outcome, points about to expire (7 days ahead), membership about to expire (3 days ahead) and site announcements.

Email and SMS: once the site enables those channels, expiry reminders and announcements follow the notification methods you tick in settings; sign-in codes go by SMS and password-reset links by email.

Kick-off, analysis-update and odds-move alerts for teams or competitions you follow: the switches are in settings, but nothing is sent yet.

Account and settings

Under My account › Settings you can change your nickname, language, time zone, theme, default sport and competitions and notification methods, change your password, and review or sign out other devices.

There is no self-service data export or account deletion yet.

How to read probabilities, evidence and versions

Verdict probability: the chief's final chance for this pick after weighing every analyst.

Market implied: the probability behind the market consensus odds with the margin removed — what the market thinks.

Edge: verdict probability minus market implied; a positive number means we rate the pick higher than the market does.

Confidence (1–5 stars): how sure the team is about the call, not a hit rate — four stars does not mean it lands eight times in ten.

Tier: enough edge and confidence make a Strong pick, then Lean, otherwise Pass; score and goal-band calls only carry probabilities, with no stars or tier.

Every piece of evidence carries its source and timestamp — match data, odds, intel or the quant model. The English site shows the translation and marks any block still in the report’s original language.

The first analysis lands 24 hours before kick-off (members can request one earlier) and is re-run two hours out, when the line-ups drop and when the odds move; the report lists every version and what changed, and settlement uses the last version before kick-off.
